• Master the Lead: Manage a high volume of internet and phone inquiries with speed and precision.

• Set the Stage: Your primary goal is to turn digital interest into confirmed, high-show appointments.

What You Bring: * Automotive Experience: A proven track record in a dealership setting (Internet Sales or BDC experience preferred).

• Tech Savvy: Ability to communicate effectively via email, text, and video (video walkarounds are a must!).
• Communication Skills: You are as persuasive over the phone as you are in person.
• Discipline: You understand that "the fortune is in the follow-up."
