Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Experience Planning Coordinator to assist with coordinating plans, services, schedules, and personalized experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping people turn their plans into well-coordinated experiences.
The Remote Planning Coordinator will communicate with individuals to understand their preferences, provide helpful information, coordinate service details, and assist throughout the planning process. The role may include supporting travel-related plans, scheduled experiences, reservations, and other service arrangements.
