Assignment Type: Contract to hire

Pay: $55-70/HR

Work Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Our client is a growing organization seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a variety of technology and infrastructure initiatives. Job Description

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing technical projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with organizational goals. This individual will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, communicate project status, and drive successful project completion.

The role will support a variety of technology initiatives, including software implementations, infrastructure projects, and cloud-related initiatives. Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred, along with a strong understanding of technical environments and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout project execution.
  • Support technology and software implementation initiatives.
  • Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage competing priorities while keeping projects on track.
  • Support infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve project execution and processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
  • Experience managing software, infrastructure, or other technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technical environments.
  • Experience with cloud technologies; Azure experience is preferred.
  • Strong project planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Relevant professional certifications must be active and current.
