Job Description

What To Expect
As a Pre-Construction / Development Project Manager at Tesla, you will hold a strategically critical position in shaping the foundation of Tesla’s next era of innovation. You will lead the development and utility infrastructure planning for large-scale factory buildouts - spanning greenfield sites, brownfield reactivations, and advanced manufacturing expansions - ensuring our facilities are engineered for speed, scalability, and sustainability from day one. Your scope will include ownership of core utility systems - electrical distribution, water, gas, HVAC, compressed air, process cooling, and waste handling - translating high-power manufacturing demands into resilient, future-ready infrastructure.
